Vladimir Bougaenko, Ph.D. (Medicine), N.D., L.Ac., D.Ay. received his M.D. in Ukraine. As an assistant professor in the Advanced Training Institute for M.D.'s for many years, he published a book and 70 scientific articles in the medical field. He continued his studies in acupuncture, homeopathy, and ayurveda, and became a Holistic M.D.
Dr. Vladimir Bougaenko is a graduate of the New England Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine, and has more than 25 years of practical experience in the medical field. He is a board certified Naturopathic Physician and The Healing Clinic's Founder and Medical Director.
Tom Petrie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Cornell University in 1980. He furthered his education at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies where he studied under the late Dr. John Christopher, then continued to become the consulting nutritionist for the Pritikin Longevity Center in Santa Monica, CA.
Exercise is an important part of Mr. Petrie's health program and philosophy. He is a licensed Nutritionist in New York and our Nutrition and Fitness Counselor.
Kimberly Vaughn has been a holistic practitioner since the 1980s. As an energy healer, she has many years experience giving private treatments in Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki, two profoundly harmonizing and balancing healing arts. She incorporates principles of nutritional detoxification and color therapy to help balance the body, mind and spirit of her clients. An enduring interest in iridology developed during this time. Recently she graduated from Australasian College of Health Sciences in Portland, Oregon receiving her Certificate in Iridology.
Iryna Hoshovskyj received her B.A. degree in Biology from Herbert Lehman College. She worked ten years at the Medical Records Dept. of Doctors Hospital in NYC and was trained in Live Blood Microscopy. Currently Iryna is a student of the Fire and Wind Healing Institute, founded by Martha and Lawrence Hoff.
Her passions include angelic interaction/healings and past life regression. As Office Manager at the Clinic, she will be happy to answer any questions you may have or insurance coverage concerns.
Annalisa Schlesinger, RH, INHA, received her BA in psychology at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY. She is a Registered Healer with the International Natural Healers Association, a certified Reiki and Ethereal Crystals master/teacher, as well as a customer service representative with an extensive background in computer operations, marketing and organization.
A former patient, Mrs. Schlesinger now oversees the day-to-day functions of the Clinic as well as laying out its strategic future as both Administrator and Lab Technician.
