This section of the site is devoted to answering common questions about our clinic, as well as demystify common tests, terms and procedures you might hear about while you are at the Clinic. What will my first visit be like?
While every visit is unique, the primary purpose of your first visit will be to determine the current state of your body, mind and spirit, and how to best care for you. Typically, the visit lasts about an hour and a half, during which time the doctor will gather as much background information as possible. Because we are working together for your wellness, there is no need to be shy - we openly welcome your questions and ideas during your visit!
What should I bring/do during my first visit?
During your first visit, please be sure to complete and bring all the patient health history forms with you. In addition, be sure to bring any medical results from other facilities if they are relevant to your condition. When you arrive, sign in at the front desk, and update the yellow form.
We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and a minimal amount of jewelry during your appointment.
What insurance do you take?
Although we do not accept any insurance plans, we are happy to provide you with forms to submit to your insurance company for discounts or reimbursement.
How do I pay for my visit?
In order to provide you with the best care available at a minimum cost to you, it is necessary that you pay for our services as you receive them. At the end of each visit, please visit the front desk where you pay for your services and schedule your next appointment, if necessary.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. In order to lower costs to our patients, our office does offer time of service discounts for eligible patients. Please do not hesitate to call our office so that we may help you with any questions about our billing procedures. During regular office hours, please direct your inquiries to Iryna, our office manager.
