Scheduling Your Appointment | Cancellations & Lateness | Emergency Care
We are here to provide our experience and support as you embark on your journey to health and wellness. To familiarize you with our facility, here is some general information, as well as an overview of our policies and procedures.
How to reach us:
From the Garden State Parkway
- Take the NYS Thruway (Route 87) South or East towards the Tappan Zee Bridge
- Take exit #14 (Nanuet / Spring Valley).
- At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 59 West.
- Travel about 1 mile. Pass Junction at Route 45. Go uphill -- the Finkelstein Memorial Library will be to your right.
- Turn right onto Chestnut Street as soon as you pass the library.
- Go down one block and turn left onto Walnut Place.
- Go one block to South Myrtle Avenue.
- The Healing Clinic is on the corner of Walnut and South Myrtle Avenue to your left. There is parking behind the building.
- Take the Tappan Zee Bridge (NYS Thruway – Rt. 87 North) and get off at exit 14.
- Take Route 59 West and follow directions as above.
About Scheduling Your Appointment:
Our office hours are:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Other days by emergency appointment only
We prefer to schedule patients who require regular treatment with a multiple appointment format. This not only ensures an appointment with the doctor at a convenient time for you, but also provides you with consistent care. This is essential when treating conditions that require follow-up.
About Cancellations and lateness:
If you are running late for your appointment, please call our office to notify us, as a courtesy to other patients. If you will be more than a half hour late, it may be necessary to reschedule that appointment to another time or day.
An appointment time you cannot keep could be used by another person in need. Kindly call us as soon as possible should you need to change your appointment.
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for all patients. Failure to contact our office to cancel an office visit repeatedly will result in the application of a missed appointment charge.
Emergency After Hour Care:
If you find it is necessary to receive treatment for your condition at a time outside regular office hours for urgent care, we are available. Please call The Healing Clinic to discuss the necessity of treatment within the office at that time.
